Forks N Chill

Established in July 2021

A woman with long black hair smiling and holding a piece of food near her face, sitting at a table with various desserts and berries, in a cozy living room with decorations and framed pictures on the wall.

Forks N Chill was established in July 2021 as a luxury picnic provider. At that time, we included a charcuterie board with every picnic. We found that our clients LOVED our charcuterie boards! Suddenly people were requesting our boards for other events - not just picnics. Before we knew it, charcuterie became our focus. This expanded into weddings, catering, corporate events and more.

Our business has continued to grow and has since expanded into the Tulsa area. We are women owned and operated — and more than just that — we’re a family business that is comprised of me, my mom, and my sister. We are honored to be your trusted provider of delicious bespoke charcuterie experiences across Oklahoma and Missouri.

  • Director of Sales - Tulsa

    AKA Charzelle’s Mom

Lorraine brings a wealth of experience in large-scale event management to the team. Formerly the Catering Manager at the Aloha Stadium in Hawaii, she’s a pro at planning and executing events for up to 5,000 people. While orchestrating events, Lorraine also handles a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks, from responding to emails and creating BEOs to making sure Charzelle stays on track and stepping in when the sibling antics get out of hand. All in a day’s work!

  • Founder & Owner

Charzelle is the mastermind behind Forks N Chill, a business born from her passion for food, creativity, and a dash of hustle. Born and raised in the sunny paradise of Honolulu, Hawaii. She just graduated from nursing school in September of 2025 (woohoo!), somehow managing to juggle stethoscopes, spreadsheets, and the chaos of event planning like a total pro! When she's not taking care of patients or running her business, she’s spoiling her two pups who think they own the place, quite entitled if you ask us. Coffee is her lifeblood—don’t talk to her before she’s had her first cup. And while she’s all about nursing the future, she’s even more focused on nursing her fun side, because life's too short not to enjoy every caffeinated, puppy-filled moment!

  • Charcuterie Stylist

    AKA The Little Sister

Dawnley got her start slinging pots and pans in the kitchen, and now she's basically a Swiss Army knife of awesomeness, running events in both Tulsa and Kansas City like a total powerhouse! You might catch Dawnley and Charzelle tag-teaming events, but mostly, if you spot Charzelle giving her little sister a hard time... just pretend you didn’t see it. It’s totally normal sibling stuff.
