    Get in touch with us to start planning your dream picnic! Fill out our Picnic Booking Form and w'e’ll contact to go over the deets!

  • 02. Save the date

    After paying your deposit, mark your calendar and share the good news with your guest! Or keep it to yourself (don’t worry, we can keep a secret)! Tell us how you want to customize your picnic!

  • 03. Celebrate in style

    Time to chill! When you arrive, don’t forget to take lots of pictures, munch on the yummy food, and most importantly, enjoy your picnic!

We plan for the “What Ifs” so you don’t have to

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Things happen, we get it! We are more than happy to accommodate you as best we can! We require 72 hours notice for any picnic to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you cancel your picnic with less than 72 hours notice, we are unable to issue you a refund.

What if I have more people in my picnic?

No worries! Picnicking is more fun with more people! Each person is an additional $65, this covers additional food, drinks, and other picnic essentials for your guest.

Are picnics available in both Kansas City & Tulsa?

No! Just the Kansas City area.
Tulsa coming soon!

What if I want more time?

We never want the fun to end! You can purchase an extra hour for $20! Just let us know!

What if it rains/storms?

Everyone knows that the weather has a mind of its own! We do our best to plan for bad weather, but sometimes our plans get rained on. Weather is checked the week of your picnic. If inclement weather is predicted before your booking, we will make a group decision about either rescheduling or moving forward with your original picnic date.

If you choose to move forward with your picnic and inclement weather occurs during your picnic, no refund will be given. However, we will make every effort to salvage your picnic and can move it indoors. We do offer bubble tent rentals at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
